Tim has been in the flooring business his entire adult life. Tim started his craft and installation skills in Colorado with his brother back in 1980. Tim has installed literally miles of flooring. He started as a commercial installer working in many restaurants, banks, municipal offices, retail and superstores throughout the greater Denver Colorado area. Tim brings his years of experience to the Lakes Region on every installation. Tim’s ensures that the right flooring is recommended and that the installation is professionally performed. I’ve seen too many jobs where the right product was bought and the installation done poorly or the wrong type of flooring was purchased for the conditions.

Noel Heckman is the smiling face you will usually see behind the counter. She brings great insight, design tips and assistance in choosing the right flooring for your project. “We make every effort to recommend the product that will help enhance the project and work within your budget.”

The Heckman’s take great pride and stand behind every installation. “Customer satisfaction is a must” says both Tim and Noel. Many of the jobs that come to Heckman’s flooring come by satisfied customers. We stand behind every job and every customer that comes through the door is important no matter how big or small. We have been fortunate to have done very little advertising over the last decade and believe there is a reason for that. It’s just the way we do business.
